Founded by Gualtiero Marchesi Group and now led by
Davide Oldani, Le Soste stands out as a cohesive, open community. Oldani’s discreet and inclusive leadership emphasizes dialogue, collaboration, and generational exchange.
The 2026 theme, Italian International Cuisine, shaped the evening through a menu created by an exceptional brigade, Davide Maria Oldani,
Mauro Uliassi, Michel Troisgros, Yannick Alléno, and Umberto Bombana, expressing an Italian cuisine open to the world yet deeply rooted in its origins.
A highlight of the evening was the tribute to
Alain Ducasse, honoring his long-standing relationship with Le Soste and his role in promoting Italian cuisine globally.
